We are an established and proud community with an Elementary school located within our neighborhood. Our location is a short drive to local shopping and easy freeway access to both I-10 and Beltway 8. The Harris County Katherine Tyra Library is five minutes away at 16719 Clay Rd.  We pride ourselves on our community volunteers and all of the great people who call Bear Creek Village home.

 

Bear Creek Village has 1,968 single-family homes, with two swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts and a comfortable community center available for resident use.

 

We take particular pride in having our own staff manage the day-to-day activities of our subdivision, under the direction of a volunteer Board of Directors, elected from Bear Creek Village residents. On average, our Board members have each lived in the neighborhood for 30 years. Never too much of a good thing!
