Last day for summer fun at Fairway Pool on Hidden Springs. Wightman Pool on Boulder Oaks will be open on weekends through Labor Day.

2027 Annual Assessment Statements going out this week
Monday, November 23rd
HPCA sends out the 2027 annual statements during this week. Payments are due January 1, 2027 and considered late with fees applied February 1, 2027.

Also at this meeting, anyone who has turned in a letter of intent to run for a Board of Directors position must introduce themselves and be prepared for questions from other residents and owners. The letter of intent and a resume' deadline is 4pm on this date, turned into the HPCA office.
