Monthly Resident Meeting/Board Meeting
Thursday, December 8th, 6:30PM at The Community Center
HPCA Board of Directors meets with residents.  The monthly agenda includes a Constable security report, a deed restriction report, a board of directors report and a question and answer session with residents.  Residents planning to run for a seat on the Board of Directors in 2023 must have written application of their intent to run received in the HPCA office no later than the 6:30pm meeting start.  Existing Board Member, Amy Jones is planning to run for this seat again.  Applicants are encouraged to introduce themselves and explain their intent to run for the board at this open meeting.  After resident meeting is adjourned the board meets in closed session.  
Deadline for entering Holiday Lights Contest
Thursday, December 8th, Midnight
Enter your beautifully decorated home in the BCV Annual Holiday Lights Contest!  After all interested residents have entered, the list will be published on the website in order for residents to vote.  Enter your property address by emailing office@bearcreeknetwork.org or calling 281-463-1216.  Good luck!
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be here!!!
Saturday, December 10th, 9AM to Noon at Community Center
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be Bear Creek Village for a visit!  Come enjoy some hot chocolate and treats.  Tell Santa what you want for Christmas and get your pictures taken with the Jolly Old Elf!
Annual Members Meeting
Thursday, January 26th, 7:30pm at The Community Center
At the Annual Members Meeting the HPCA budget will be presented.  Our Constable Officers will be introduced.  
Board of Directors Election
Monday, January 30th to Saturday, February 4th, 10AM to 7PM at The Community Center
Owners may vote in person or by absentee ballot that is appropriately turned into the HPCA Office.
