Owners interested in running for the Board of Directors spot coming up in the 2026 election need to have their letter of intent to run and resume' present in the HPCA Office by this time and date.  Interested Owners are also expected to be present at the December Monthly Resident Meeting at 6:30pm on this date.

The monthly HPCA meeting is open to all residents of Bear Creek Village.  Come if you have questions, come to meet the Board of Directors, come if you want to hear about upcoming events in the neighborhood.  A security report is given as well as a deed restriction report.  Anyone who has expressed an interest in running for a board of director's seat and has provided a resume before 4pm today, will be expected to be at this meeting to introduce yourself and answer questions from residents.
