HPCA sends out the 2027 annual statements during this week.  Payments are due January 1, 2027 and considered late with fees applied February 1, 2027.

Also at this meeting, anyone who has turned in a letter of intent to run for a Board of Directors position must introduce themselves and be prepared for questions from other residents and owners.  The letter of intent and a resume' deadline is 4pm on this date, turned into the HPCA office.  After these segments of the meeting, the floor is open for resident/owner questions and comments for the existing BOD.  After the open meeting the Board of Directors holds a closed business meeting.
